If I could give 10 stars, I would! DJ Ryan Henry was hands down the best in the world. From the very first song to the last dance, he absolutely nailed it. He read the room like a pro—knowing exactly when to slow things down, hype it up, or drop the perfect throwback that had everyone on the dance floor (yes, even the grandparents). We’re still getting compliments from guests weeks later, saying it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding. The energy, the transitions, the way he made it all feel effortless—it truly made our night unforgettable. If you’re lucky enough to book him, just know your dance floor will be packed and your guests will be raving about the music for a long, long time. A total game-changer. DJ Ryan is phenomenal. He knows how to get the whole crowd involved and set the tone for the room. Very easy to get along with and just elevates the vibes. He takes the time to get to know you, listens and makes sure to bring your vision to life. Everybody from our wedding was talking about how great the DJ (Ryan) was and how sweet his set up is. Not even sure where to begin..Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with! Between helping us with all the music planning, suggestions and all the zoom/phone calls he did with us. Our main goal for our wedding was to keep the dance floor packed all night and that’s exactly what happened at our wedding(our wedding was a week ago today and friends and family are still calling/texting us about how great our DJ was)  and that would have not been done without Ryan and his amazing play lists and energy all night long! Ryan was the absolute best DJ for our wedding in Chicago on 5/31/2025. We had so many people tell us he was the best wedding DJ they have ever heard and we absolutely agree. We gave him a few songs that we specifically wanted played and a general vibe for the rest and he nailed it. He was by far our favorite, most trust worthy, and most reliable vendor on wedding day. We had Ryan Sherrod DJ our wedding and the reviews don't lie!! He was absolutely incredible! You can tell how much experience, passion, and pride he has for his craft and it shows in the output! For our wedding I could tell the music I was choosing wasn't hitting with all demographics so I passed control to Ryan and he worked his magic! People from all walks of life and ages were glued to the dance floor and closed it down! Did not worry about critical mass on the dance floor for even a minute. Music was our top priority for our wedding and DJ Ryan Henry not only delivered but even exceeded what we imagined. From our first interaction prior to booking, Ryan's passion for his clients shined and that carried all the way through our big day. Everything was easy, from the app, communication leading up to and day of - plus his experience really showed through his suggestions. It's been 3 months since our wedding and Luxx Entertainment along with DJ Ryan are still one of the biggest highlights talked about from our wedding amongst our friends and family. From the first virtual meeting with Logan to our meetings with Ryan, everything was an absolute breeze. You can tell that Logan really cares about his business and really sets you up for a successful event from the get-go. Ryan is an AMAZING DJ! He made our wedding night so much fun, and our dance floor was never empty. Both Logan and Ryan made the planning for the music, etc., so easy by utilizing an app that was fool proof! Ryan really knows what he is doing and kept the vibes strong from the minute the dance floor opened to the minute the night ended. WOW WOW WOW, where to even begin, DJ Ryan Henry is an absolute must hire for your wedding. He is the most professional, kind, caring and smash it out of the park DJ ever. He’s a great MC which is such an under rated skill especially for a wedding and will keep your crowd pumped up and on the dance floor the entire night. The talent in his music set is unmatched, he’s a perfectionist in the best way making sure you get everything you want. His equipment is top of the line and makes the party so much fun, we had no issues with mics or speakers and the light show and fun screen graphics were such an amazing fun touch. The amount of thought and time he puts into making your night the most fun is unmatched just like his energy. He made the process so easy for us, thought of every detail I never would have even considered and honestly just killed it. Rating wise DJ Ryan Henry is 100/10 and worth every single penny, our guests are still talking about how much fun they had out there on the dance floor! I would recommend Ryan to anyone for any event you want run smoothly while having the most fun night of your life. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! Ryan created our own personal club for the night which is exactly what we’d dreamt of. He was truly the talk of the night and the day after too!! We woke up and the first thing we said was, “Ryan certainly delivered.” He was also one of the first things our family and friends complimented on when recapping the night. He DID NOT MISS ONE BEAT. Every single song was a hit and he read the room like I’ve never seen before. Not only was that the best part, but he was beyond easy to work and coordinate with. He was fluent in making sure we were on the same page from start to finish, asked the right questions, gave the best advice on what things would make our night even better and he wasn’t ever wrong!! I could go ON and ON. You’d be a fool not to hire him, and Luxx. Also, DO THE PHOTO BOOTH. That thing was never empty, and we now get to see so many different POV’s of the night through that thing, that was worth every penny.
