Mike Holiday is a DJ, a vibe architect, and a party-starter with a national résumé and a global sound. What started as dance battles and skating rink jokes turned into a full-blown career sharing stages with names like Naughty by Nature, Digital Underground, Vanilla Ice, and Coffey Anderson. Whether he’s behind the decks at a spring break beach set or crowd-surfing a bride’s parents, Mike shows up to create something unforgettable.

His motto? “No genre is safe.” From soul and funk to 2000s party hits, modern pop, and Latin rhythms, Mike mixes with instinct, heart, and razor-sharp precision. With a custom-built visual DJ booth and intelligent lighting synced to every beat, Mike doesn’t just play music — he creates a show.

We had DJ Mike at ours in September and he did such an amazing job. Communication before and during the wedding was beyond perfect. He kept the dance floor alive the whole night. We even had so many people tell us how great he was after the wedding. A DJ is definitely one of the most important things at your wedding and can elevate the experience for you and your guests. We definitely got that elevated experience with Mike and Luxx! If you’re even slightly looking to splurge on something at your wedding, this is who you want to splurge on! We had an outdoor ceremony and having clear sound quality was super important to us. For my consultation, I worked with Logan who thoroughly explained the process, and was very professional and passionate about delivering the best experience. DJ Mike was willing to make the commute to our destination and he blew us away! He was very attentive to all of the small details throughout the night and put in the extra time ahead of our big day to scope out the area to ensure he was fully prepared. From the ceremony, to happy hour, dinner and reception, DJ Mike nailed every single portion of the night. The sound during the ceremony was flawless, and he had our crowd immediately up on their feet during the reception and dancing until the last song. We received so many compliments on the music and one guest told us that was the best music he's heard at any wedding. Thank you so much for paying attention to every detail of our night and really making it so special. We couldn't recommend Luxx and DJ Mike enough!

Him and my photographer worked seamlessly together. He also has a wide variety of music so if you have music back in the day he has it or from the current year he has it. Great guy very calm and collected. Everyone at my wedding had a blast in the dance floor. At the end of the day, he will make sure you know it’s your day and if you have anything that you need or want he will make sure you get it. He caught the vibe of the crowd and room so well! I highly recommend ending your DJ search with Luxx because what they have to offer is 10x better than what you will have if you try to just save a few bucks elsewhere.
